F/V Independence

The F/V Independence , a 78 ft vessel, was built in Blaine, Washington in 1973 for Mike Miller. Originally built as a tender, crabber, salmon fishing boat, by the time it was completed the commercial crabbing industry in Cook Inlet was finished.
