OTTO BROWN was born September 20, 1899 in Memel, which was once part of the German province of East Prussia and is now part of Lithuania.
He immigrated to the US in 1909 but never received citizenship.
He was in Seldovia by 1930 and worked as a mariner and a cannery worker. He was 43 years old at the time he registered for the WWII draft and listed his date and location of birth. Census records estimate date of birth as 1897.
There is no indication that he ever married or had children.
Otto died July 22, 1945 in Seldovia and is buried in the Seldovia City Cemetery in Plot #155.
