Charlotte Elvsaas, the daughter of Peter Ivor Elvsaas and Christine NORMAN, was born October 22, 1950 in Seldovia.
She lived a full life here in Seldovia as a bartender, dog catcher and cannery worker. Raised by her parents Pete Elvsaas, Christine and Frank Saracoff, she attended 12 years of school in Seldovia. She enjoyed her family, pets, fine collectibles and visiting with friends. She was a fun and loving daughter, mother, life partner, sister, cousin and friend. Charlotte died September 3, 2005. She is buried in the Seldovia City Cemetery in Plot #271.
