John Saracoff, the son of Nicholas and Olga Miacury Saracoff, was born September 6, 1915 in Seldovia, Alaska.
In 1940 he was working at Bear Cove for Harry and Lillie Leonhardt. He was also captain of a salmon fishing vessel.
He died December 9, 1986 and is buried in the Seldovia City Cemetery in plot 245.
