Axenia Lulu QUIJANCE Waterbury, born August 3, 1953 in Seattle, Washington, was the daughter of Alfred and Margaret SHUGAK Quijance and the wife of Raymond Leo Waterbury, daughter-in-law of Russell and Anna Waterbury.
Lulu and Raymond had 4 children before she died on January 1, 1975, in Seldovia, Alaska, at the age of 21.
