STORM WILLIAM ANDERSON was born April 7, 1879 in Kristiana, Norway. His parents were Hans Anderson and Helga Samuelson. He emigrated to the United States from England on the vessel “Virgil” and arrived in New York City on May 15, 1902.
In 1918 he was working as a fisherman and living in Seattle when he registered for the draft for World War I. In 1920 he was a laborer in a flour mill in Tacoma, Washington.
In 1930 he was salmon fishing in Seldovia and in 1940 he was placer mining near Anchor Point. He never married or had children.
He died in his cabin near Seldovia on April 28, 1941, at the age of 62. He is buried in the Seldovia City Cemetery in plot #125.
